For solution commissioners, SAM provides a template for running successful projects, an effective communications system between all the parties, real time logging of sentiment about the solution progress and a real-time dashboard to allow executives to pick up very quickly any issues with the project. For solution providers and sub contractors, SAM gives them a voice right back to the commissioning executives without filtering by lower level project managers.
